Firestone Walker Brewing Company has deep roots it the wine industry so why not create an epic barrel aged beer. The 14th Anniversary Ale is a well crafted work of brewing art that is unlike any other beer that I have come across. The brewing team gathered a panel of friends, fellow brewers and wine makes to put together a blended ale full of complex flavors from six different barrel aged beers that have been stored in their barrel program.

Drinking a beer like this is truly an experience to remember, so I suggest that you open it with a good friend or maybe someone you would like to show off your sophisticated pallet to. Other recommendations would be to be careful not to drink it to cold and take your time while drinking it to let it warm up. The flavor profile changes dramatically as it gets warmer.
