Ever since I tried this beer 3 years ago, I wait for October to roll around to snag some Autumn Maple. This is one very different beer. Instead of going with pumpkin for their seasonal ale, The Bruery decided to use yams, along with maple syrup, molasses, and other spices. Using their renown beer craftsmanship, they blend these ingredients in a very balanced way, along with their proprietary Belgian yeast strain to make a fantastic beer.
